Vice President, Operations
Mr. Cross joined Richie Capital Group in 2022 and serves as the firm’s Vice President of Operations.
Mr. Cross brings over 15 years of diverse experience across various asset classes and functional areas including operations, investor relations, client management, and capital formation. Prior to joining RCG, Mr. Cross was a Vice President at Next Coast Ventures, an early-stage venture capital manager with over $500 million in assets under management. At NCV, he led the firm’s capital formation efforts and supported the firm’s COO. Prior to NCV, Mr. Cross served as Managing Director at Vida Capital Management, a multi-billion-dollar alternative asset manager focused on specialty finance and insurance-linked investment strategies. While at Vida, he facilitated the creation and evolution of many investor services and operational functions as the firm grew from $270 million in assets under management to over $4 billion in five years. He began his career at Portfolio Advisors, LLC, a $38B global private equity fund-of-funds manager. Mr. Cross graduated from Brown University with a BA in Political Science and is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.
